Ipswich and East Suffolk are registered with
CQC to provide specialised domiciliary care to people who have
an acquired brain injury or stroke. All are staff are trained
to NVQ2 in care and have additional training in brain injury
and stroke so that they have the expertise and understanding
to deal with our clients needs. Before being allowed to work
in our domiciliary care unit they will have completed an intense
training course under the direction of our CEO and spent time
working in our rehabilitation centres so that their practise
can be monitored.
They are then subject to spot checks by senior
staff once they are working in the community.
Our domiciliary care is delivered at a time to suit our clients
and not our staff . If one day you need extra time because you
are unwell our staff are instructed to give it to you. The purpose
of this service is to provide excellent care to our clients
and not to make a profit. Your care comes first. For further
details please contact our CEO on 01473 704159
